Judy looked at her daughter and said, "Janet. You are a big girl now. I really don't have time for your games. I wish you would start acting like a girl your age."
While Jon was pretty sure that his brother had been doing something with the wishing rock to affect him, although he couldn't see anything different, he knew that his mother's wish was going to have a big affect on him. After all he was a guy and how silly would it look if he started acting like a girl his age would. Someone was sure to notice and comment.
Those thoughts flashed through Jon's mind in the instant before he accepted that she had been acting a bit strange. "I am sorry Mother, but I do think a girl my age does deserve some privacy."

Judy could guess at her daughter's concerns. "Don't worry Honey. We all mature at different rates. I know that most of your friends are bigger up top than you are but it will happen soon enough."
