There was a flash and everyone was forced to look away. When they looked back, Scott appeared to be smaller in frame, and his features were more delicate, although he still wore the same clothes. But the biggest changes were less visible to Mikey and Gina. Scott screamed, in a higher voice than before, and ran into the bathroom stall. He quickly unzipped his pants and pulled down his underwear to confirm what he already knew was true. He had a vagina! He also lifted his shirt to reveal that he had breasts, which were bound with an ace bandage. That little Mikey kid had somehow turned him into a girl masquerading as a boy!
What he didn't know was that in this new reality, he was born a girl, but since his father had always wanted a boy, he dressed her as one and gave her a boy's name. It was only when puberty hit (Scott was an early bloomer) that there started to be some issues.
Knowing that Scott would attempt to get his revenge, Mikey and Gina ran out the door and down the hall.
"What the hell just happened?" asked Gina.
"The rock grants wishes," said Mikey, as they ran. "It must've made it that Scott is now a girl who wears boy's clothes."
"Wait, that thing grants wishes?" said Gina, getting idea. "Can you wish that my mom will let me live and dress like a normal boy?"
Mikey wanted to make his new friend happy, but he knew he owed it to Gina, or at least the old Gina, to tell her the truth.
"I wish Gina remembered the old reality."
There was a flash, and Gina had a look of shock on her face.
"What the... You gave me a penis?!" she yelled, grabbing Mikey by his collar and slamming him against the lockers.
"It was an accident, look, we'll just try and wish it away."
Just then Ashley walked by.
"Hey, Ash!" Gina quickly turned to her, holding her books in front of her skirt to hide her member. "You wanna hang out at the mall tonight?"
"Ew, why would I want to hang out with a crossdressing freak like you?" Ashley sneered.
Gina was heartbroken, Ashley was her best friend, and now thanks to Mikey, she was the school freak.
"Change me back, NOW!" Gina screamed.
"Okay, okay," stuttered Mikey. "I wish that---"
But just then, Scott finally caught up with them and grabbed the rock from Mikey's hand.
