So far, the wishing stone had been used to change many things, including turning Sarah McMillan into a female dog in heat, turning Jon Madison into a vulgar, Goth punk girl named Joannie who had an uncontrollable craving for dick, turning Fred Orr (Sarah's stepbrother) into a transvestite french maid named Dee, turning Mikey (Jon's younger brother) into Mickie, a mannish-looking, lesbian, pussy-hound, who's constantly horny, and changing everyone's memories to think that they had all always been that way.
In this newest reality, Jon was no longer part of the Madison family and was, instead, part of another family altogether, which was why his own father hadn't recognized him (or rather "her", now). And there were even more unintentional and unforeseen consequences of the various wishes as well ... but we'll get to those later.
Right now, the story continues from Karyn's point-of-view, as she pondered what to wish for next.
