Zoe found Sarah walking in the hall, wearing her Cheerleading uniform and stopped her with a giddy excitement.
"Sarah, Oh man, this is hillarious, you have got to see Jon! I got him good!" Zoe practicially sqeealed.
"Oh, really?" Sarah said. "Well, I'm on my way over to the lockeroom now, I'm going to see him with the rest of the squad."
"Wait, what?" Zoe said as she came to a halt.
"Huh? I said he's with the rest of the squad, we always get together before the game." Sarah said.
"No, Sarah... he's not on the squad, he's just dressed as a cheerleader." Zoe said correcting her.
"Zoe," Sarah said with a little worry. "Are you feeling ok? You know just as well as I that Jon joined the Cheerleading squad in 7th grade, when I told him I wouldn't date him unless he tried out. And then when he made the squad, we found out he was easily the best cheeleader in our class, which is why he's the captain." Zoe stared at her in confusion.
"You're dating Jon?" Zoe asked.
"No, Zoe. We haven't dated for two years now, we're like sisters." Sarah said.
"Sarah... I... I guess you're right." Zoe said defeatedly. "Ok, you go meet with the rest of the Cheerleaders and tell Jon I said Hi... I'll see you later." Zoe watched as Sarah went into the lockeroom, and decided she would have to look into this whole situation a little more, because it could be very... very... fun.
