Oblivious to his sex change, Sarah began to whine... for about a second and a half, until it dawned on him. "Mom! You just changed me into a guy!"
Needless to say, Sarah had heard the wish, so she remembered the old reality and would not just think she's supposed to be a guy.
"How did you do that?" yelled the boy. "Some kind of genie? No, wait a minute, you seem to be holding that stone in a strange way... Give me that!"
He struggled with his mother for the stone. He was stronger, but didn't want to hurt her... but finally managed to grab it. "Is this what you used?"
"Sarah, give that back!"
"I don't think my name's supposed to be Sarah any more," replied Sarah. Spotting an old homework assignment lying around with his handwriting, he read the name off it. "Abraham? You named me Abraham?"
"I didn't..." yelled his mother.
"Well, anyway," replied Abraham, "I need to do something about this. First, I wish I was a girl again."
Nothing happened.
"Damn it, I wish I knew how to use this thing!"
Abraham did, of course, once he said this. "I see. If I want to change back, I need to interpret the old wish so that there's some other reason I'm not your daughter..."
