"Hey little bro', happy birthday!" Sarah called out as she burst into her brother's room. "Look at this!"
Sarah advanced on him while slapping her gut like a drum, causing it to ripple.
"Urrgh, gross!" Freddie repelled in disgust. "Get it away from me! Seen it! Seen it! Put your fat sack away already!"
Sarah relented, then asked confused, "What do you mean, 'seen it'?"
"Sarah, you do this all the time! You know Mom hates you not covering it up, too "
"Whatever, creep." Sarah turned to leave. "You just lost your birthday gift."
"If it's that bag of blubber in my face again, then I don't care!" Freddie snapped back, but Sarah ignored him and left.
Sarah figured it out on the way back to her bedroom. She realised that the Mutantext must have messed with everyone's minds to accept the changes, or changed reality or something like that. Why the hell not? It wasn't possible to instantly grow a pot belly in either!
Sarah was at first disappointed by this. She thought it would be fun to shock people with her fat gut or to forward it to her friends by text - but now it didn't look like that would happen.
