When Karyn got off of the bus she went to her locker to get her books. She looked around and saw Jon going through the hall. He looked different somehow, but no one else seemed to notice. His hair looked like he just rolled out of bed, and he wore nothing but black. He had a very dark looking scoul on his face that seemed to shadow his eyes more than yesterday. As Karyn was walking around a corner she was pulled into a closet by someone who spoke to her very fast in a language that she did not know.
"Markritetet aflemmit malicordi?" The person said, Karyn now could tell that it was a girl and that she seemed worried about something.
"I'm sorry I didn't understand a word that you just said." Karyn told the girl.
"Oh, my apologies, I did not know that you did not understand my language. I shall try to repeat. Have you seen the sorceror of the mask? Please I must know, have you had any strange dreams lately?" The girl said to Karyn, seeming a bit calmer.
"Yes, I did have some dreams that had the mask in it, and there was this knight, and a ritual of some sort." Karyn said shocked that this person would know to ask her that question.
"Listen to me carfully, your life is in danger! The mask has been awakened and the heir to the throne of evil has been awakened as well. The knight that you saw was no ordinary man, he was your ancestor. He was the one who killed the sorceror. His great great grandson killed the sorceror's reincarnation and his great great grandson did the same. However, the task has now fallen on you. The task to save the world from destruction!"
There was then a loud pounding on the door. Karyn could hear a feint voice outside saying something. "....inside....inside..." Karyn then heard a nother voice, it was Jon's. "Who's in there?! Come out here now! I hear your ancient tounge and I want it silenced for good!"
The door then was forced open and Jon was seen on the outside of the door with the mask on. Before either Karyn or the girl had time to react Jon lifted his hand and a blade of darkness came out and cut a whole in the girl. She screemed only until she coughed up blood. She then went into a series of seasures and then stopped moveing entirely. Blood began to pool in the closet Karyn was in shock, she was to scared to move.
"A wonderfull thing, those dark blades of mine. They make every vital organ pop on the inside of the victem, then the brain slowly disolves into a very thick pudding. Oh and about the mask, there are things called time limits that you can make for wishes. On a side note, when you left I used some of the mask's power that was still in me to weaken the wish that I made so I could get around it. I don't know what she wanted with you, but she won't be bothering me or you again. Don't try and stop me from what I plan on doing Karyn, or you will wind up like her; broken, mangled, and not a preatty sight to look at. Well I must be going, hope noone sees this mess and thinks that it was you who did it." Jon said to Karyn and then walked away taking the mask off and putting it into his backpack.
