"What did you say, Karyn?" Jon asked.
"Um, nothing. I was just admiring your shirt."
Jon looked down at his small white T-shirt with the word "TEASE" written across the front in pink letters.
"Do you like it?" he asked.
Apparently, because he forgot about the skull pendant, he thinks that wearing that is normal, Karyn thought to herself.
"Yeah, it's great," Karyn said, humoring Jon.
