At lunch

There was a nice cafe near the swimming pool. The two women decided to sit outside since it was a nice day. Karen's mom went in and came back out carrying two baby chairs which she set up and placed Karen into one. Jon's mom did the same with him and placed his chair beside Karen.
"This magic is working in strange ways." Jon said to Karen. "These baby chairs are the perfect size for us." As he said this Jon was watching the waitress bringing food out to another table. He only now realised how hungry he was. He would give anything for a big sandwich or bowl of fries like the other table were enjoying. He was so busy watching the other tables he didn't even notice the waitress that his mom was ordering from. Looking up he saw her staring at him with a big grin on her face. He recognised her from school. She was very pretty. She must work here part time he thought. He was embarrassed to be seen by her wearing a little girl's dress and a diaper but she was not laughing at him. She was looking at him like he was the cutest thing she had ever seen. She leaned over to pinch his cheek and coo at him and he took a longing look at her cleavage. He knew that under normal circumstances he would look like a creep staring down her top but to everyone except Karen he was just a cute baby girl. As he continued to stare he felt an erection growing. Thankful once again that it was well contained and hidden by his thick diaper he glanced again at Karen and could see her laughing at him.
"You really are enjoying this, aren't you Jon?" Karen said. Jon explained that he was just making the most of the situation. Karen was starting to squirm a little in her seat. She told Jon she needed to use the bathroom but was determined not to use her diaper for as long as possible. Jon took a big gulp from the juice box his mother had given him and was doing his best to make Karen uncomfortable. He told her that she should just embrace it and use her diaper. Her mom would change her fairly quickly anyway. While he had been quickly drinking his juice to try to get a reaction from Karen Jon soon found that he too needed to go to the toilet. Sharing this information with Karen he told her that he wasn't embarrassed. If the whole world saw them as babies they might as well act like it when they had to. Jon stared at Karen and breathed a sigh of relief as he relaxed his muscles and felt his diaper filling up with warm liquid.
Deciding to follow his lead Karen soon relaxed herself and let the diaper do it's job. It wasn't long before her mom noticed the change in Karen's behavior and knew she would need to be changed.
Jon's mom reached across the table and without any hesitation put her hand up under his dress and felt the front of his diaper. She told Karen's mom to go ahead and change her and that she would go after her.
