Scott was embarassed by the idea of going out on a date with a guy. Not only was he not attracted to guys, but it was a guy he barely knew. So he hatched a plan.
Early that evening someone knocked on the door. Sally (as Scott) had been long since gone. Scott (as Sally) opened the door to reveal Sally's date, Tom.
"Hi, Tom," he said.
"Hello, beautiful," he replied.
"I need to show you something," he said.
"What?"
"This medallion." He indicated the Medallion of Zulo, which was on his neck. "Touch this and you'll see."
Tom touched the medallion. "I feel funny," he said.
"You're turning into me," said Scott. "Or rather, you're turning into who I'm supposed to be. Normally if I did that we'd swap, but I'm still within the 12 hour limit so it only affected you and not me."
"What?" It was true. Tom could feel himself getting slightly shorter, growing breasts, and... other things... happening. "Hey, what is this? That's a hex medallion?"
"You could say that," replied Scott. "But that's not the point. This is for your own good."
"You're turning me into a girl!"
"I told you it's for your own good. Will you please listen to me? I'm not Sally, I'm Scott. Sally stood you up. She's not even here. We swapped bodies using that medallion, and then she decided I should go on her date for her. Now, it'll take 12 hours before I can change you back, but I know your parents are out of town until tomorrow noon, so it shouldn't be a problem."
"The nerve of that..." said Tom. "I thought she wanted to go out with me and she tried to trick me instead. So where is Sally?" He raised his hands to his breasts--which were just like Sally's breasts. He really was turning into her.
"She's pretending to be me. She just went to the mall. She should be back soon. Here's what you do."
"Go ahead, I'm listening."
"I turned into her. So did you. Which means that you can pretend to be me. When she comes home, don't let her think you're Tom with her body. Let her think you're me, Scott, with her body. In the meantime I can hide somewhere and listen. Now, this won't be easy. You're going to mess up sooner or later, because you don't know all the things I know. But try to keep it going as long as you can. Maybe you can even get her to say what she really thinks of you."
"What if I don't want to do that?"
"I'm not trying to blackmail you. Just come here tomorrow morning with a shirt or something, make sure you don't put it on, and I'll change you back."
"Hmm. Well, I think I'll..."
