I really like the spin you’ve put on Lydia and Buster, and where you’ve taken Abby and her dad, especially seeing as I just added them as side characters. I must admit it’s inspired me to work on them some more

I'm not sure if I'm going to continue down this Branch I think I just had to get it out of my head we'll see. Part of me wants to just delete this.

This episode and the previous one are largely warmup acts for what I have planned to come, where things will indeed not be resolved so easily and so neatly. There will be some crazy and dark twists ahead. In the meantime, I decided to follow up on the earlier mentions of Mime Gun activity at MTI. I thought of having a character describe Peggy as the Harley Quinn to Stragey's Joker, but decided the reference would only be distracting. In any case, this episode is pretty light, given what I have in mind to come just a bit later.

Delicious and masterfully executed. I wasn't expecting that much updates at once and was in doubt about reviewing all the chapters or just leave a big one here, and finally decided to do this. I loved this Laura and Jon arc that you did there. The whole thing about the wedding ring and they teasing and acting flirty around at each other still dealing with the arousal and confusion was really really well delivered. It was a slow burn that made the actual sex scene felt earned and extra hot. With Jon and Laura definitely adjusted (even though there might be something more to develop in they arcs, especially Jon and Sarah), I wonder how the others will adjust. I loved the arc with Lydia and Buster (genderswap animal role reversal was a thing that I didn't expect that I would enjoy so much) and curious about how the McMillans are adjusting (as well as Zoe/Athena and Simon's new mindset). So much potential here and I am loving everything about that. Thanks for writing this :)

Changed Zoe's twin's name to Juliet to be a bit more distinct from the other branches where I've used Jasmine for the transformed Jon's name.

Thanks, hopefully you enjoy where it goes. I had a solid plan for what to do with Jon and Mikey, but was much more up in the air on the others, especially Roger. Hopefully what I ended up going with will be interesting!

The scene of Karyn ressing Biffy is just the most adorable thing ever

I'm enjoying this story so far, you're doing great. I'll admit, I wasn’t a big fan on a few things before the rewrite, like the out-of-place gods approach (the teacher’s transformation and the fact that Damion is playing online with others kinda defeated a few points) and a few characteristic oddities (Luke seems like a good kid just to act like that). But as for the rewrite, I’m loving the changes.

I do have one issue, though: I don’t think a short amount of time in Kindergarten would be enough to have caused the kind of impact they had on our protagonist to affect him as much as it did. You may want to increase the impact a bit more.

I like this path idea. More please.

Maybe you are not into it, but I think it would be really fun adding a woman trapped in the life of a baby boy in the story XD Maybe a woman who doesn't her old life.

I'd say Mandatory Milf as well, it's one of my favorite story lines.

I am glad that you have something planned for Simon too and I liked how Zoe was able to stand up for him. Biff is on the path to be an even sluttier and sex-obsessed Sarah and he will for sure give Molly very pleasant sexual experiences that would form a great contrast to what she had before. The mall arc was delicious and now I thnk that the hottub will do wonders for the new adult couples there. Maybe preceeded by a Jon and Sarah re-acting what their mothers did in those tapes to get their new hubbies in the mood ;)

I do love me some mandatory milf as well, but better genes is such a great environment and interesting re-imagining of Jon. I second the 'no wrong answer' here. Also, I guess I'd be more likely to contribute to milf since it's more episodic and I don't think I'd be stepping on the toes of a narrative, but chances are really slim that I'd add to either.

Not through a new episode directly but you can easily add a hyperlink to another branch at the bottom of the text. You could create a new episode which is just a link without other text but that might get flagged as spam.

I thought it was best to use a fictional President (Elizabeth Loughty) and a fictional Russian President (Andre Sedulov). Any mention of real-world figures of the past twenty years would have only distracted from the story. And if any real people with those names actually run for public office and win after the date of this episode's posting, it's a complete coincidence.

Anyway, this episode's main purpose is to further illustrate the world at large's reactions to the big world-changing event about four hours or so later.

If the dating is right, this is the first appearance of both Steve "The Stud" Farber and Mike "Moose" Matthews. So yes, they've been around YAWYW almost as long as Jon, Karyn, and Sarah (who of course appeared in the first episode).

Thanks, glad you’re enjoying. I always planned to go the Athena/Zoe route as I felt Zoe/Simon would just be too similar to Jon/Laura. Don’t worry, I have plans for Simon too now though.

I get that, but for this branch I wanted to explore the idea of, what if we only think Sarah is mean because we're used to Jon's perspective? What if Jon is the mean one, and Sarah's actually pretty cool? I definitely love all of the "evil Sarah" branches too, but I also like humanizing her, and variety is the spice of life :)

Or is garlic salt the spice of life? I always get those two mixed up.

It's hard to picture Sarah being honest and actually wanting to help anyone else.

The first part of the episode addresses a plot hole. As Ms. Cork, The Guest, Matisguy, and a few others noted on the Discord chat, YAWYW's first episode takes place after spring break, which is after high school football season is over. And earlier, I at least implied that there was a scheduled football game between Lake Point High School and its rival Forestville High. While I didn't mention football specifically (it could have been soccer, which is still played in spring), it was at least implied.

So I came up with the whole 'the schools agreed on an out-of-season 'tiebreaker' football game' idea as a way to resolve the plot hole. Of course that'll only be relevant if indeed there's a game later on in the story. But anyway, for those who still want to have a high school football game in their branches despite it being after spring break, there are certainly plenty of ways to get around that. And this is just one such way.

I like the whole equilibrium concept. And the adjustment in the panties. Great writing.

Ooooooh, I love where this is going. The scene between Molly and Biff on the last chapter was brilliant and really hot - nice usage of pics too - and I love Biff's internal struggle and justification to act like Sarah ("it's not gay/cheating if it's my cock, right?") and I can't wait to see more of those two in action. About the current scene, I am confused now. I would love to see Simon and Zoe develop that taboo feelings and attraction, but the way you wrote Zoe and Athena here was soooooo cute and heartwarming that I can't help, but root for them. Maybe an awkward love triangle between the three of them would be interesting to explore and test the limits of the experiment (free will x determinism) . Also looking forward to see Jon/Karyn mom/son moment before Jon gives in to his urge and get with Laura. And, of course, Sarah and Lucy intense lovemaking session, but that will also leaving Lucy interested into making a visit to Richard's room... Thanks so much for writing this.

I think I'll give hints as to what I've planned next. A few speeches from fictional world leaders and political figures, as well as returning to MTI to deal with the risks involved with trying to help those changed in the board room Random Gun craziness. As we move in to Day Two and beyond, there will be further conflicts in Lake Point and beyond as people confront all the changes.

I love the directions you are going. The work with Lydia arc was really good and even if I am not a furry person, I found all the scenes extremely hot. I like that you decided to let "the adults" in this bathtube scene and the videos were an unexpected, but really interesting addiction to the plot, especially because it involves Sarah and John character development in a nice way. I hope you will let us see "the kids" at the mall, notably Zoe deciding to spend more time with Simon and Mickey starting to hang out with Athena. Curious to see what Athena will think about this situation. And, of course, it would be really nice to see Molly and Biff finally going at it with Richard just watching from distance (and maybe exploring his new assets too).
