Copyright Infringement?

Are the mods really ok with users simply wholesale lifting interactive stories from other boards and re-posting them here? As far as I can tell, nobody is reaching out and getting permission from the original authors. Even if they were published with Creative Commons licenses, you have to include the attribution and creative commons license for everything to stay within fair use. Simply posting the original username isn't enough.
