"I wish Sarah and the rest of the popular crowd wouldn't pick on me and my friends," Zoe said. Again, nothing seemed different. But she knew the well granted wishes, because she watched Jon and Karyn wish up a couple of shovels. Maybe she'd have to wait until the next day at school to see the result of her wish.
She took a look towards the ground and saw that Jon was still unconscious. She was about to try and wake him up again, but then she decided it might be better if she wasn't there when he woke up. Besides, she was looking forward to seeing how her first wish was granted and to do that, she needed to go home.
About six minutes after Zoe left the park, Jon began to stir. He groaned, grabbing the back of his head, as he sat up. "What happened?" he uttered. He looked over and saw the well and the two shovels sitting nearby.
Suddenly, it all came back to him. That man told Karyn to knock him out and that's exactly what she did. But where was she?
Jon stood up, almost falling over once with dizziness. "Karyn!" he shouted. But no one answered. Where could she be?
