Athena smiled, looking through the inn room's window, then she turned and walked away. When she did, however, the changing reality began to affect her as well. It had already affected countless people across the land, including Jon and even Princess Sarah, who became the wanderer Anaka. She was so different than the princess. If only Jon (or rather Krod now) knew who she was before. But with the changes in reality, also came changes in memory. No one remembered who they were just hours earlier. And now that same thing was happening to Athena. Soon she wouldn't be herself anymore.
But the curse she cast on Jon (Krod) would still exist. She just wouldn't be around to observe and take pleasure in it.
