Stone Julie tests the waters

Stone Julie left the apartment complex and started to wander down a bike path nearby. She passed joggers every now and then, observing them, listening to them, hating them. Upon realizing she would be safe to test her powers here, she stood like a statue on the side of the road. She would need a way to lure a victim into her trap, and it seemed that Julie's memory would help out. Memories of when Julie broke her leg in the woods gave her an idea. She laid down on the ground and started to cry out in agony. It wasn't long before a middle aged man jogged by and saw her.
"Whats wrong, miss? Are you hurt?" He asked, kneeling down beside her.
"Yes! Thank you!" Stone Julie said in a voice of distress. "I think a hurt my ankle real bad, and my inhaler flew into the woods when I fell down! I need it, my breathing is getting shallow!"
"I'll see if I can find it, you sit tight right here, everythings gonna be alright." With that, the man went into the thick woods, scanning the ground. With no luck, he turned around to go back to Julie, but was surprised to see her standing right behind him. She removed her sunglasses and displayed her deep white eyes.
"Huh? Are you alright? Can you see?" The man was trying to think of an explaination for all of this.
"You, sir, have seven children," she started with her monotone voice, "And have plans on bringing more into this world. Anyone who makes effort to grow the human race is my enemy. Death is too good for any man." With that she flicked her wrist at the man. The man's arms and legs shriveled into his body, leaving no trace of them whatsoever. He fell to the ground, just a body with a head.
"What the hell?! What are you doing to me! Jesus, my arms! My legs!" The man cried out in distress.
"You may be wondering how child birth is bad. Let me show you first hand." Another flick of the wrist and the man's clothes dissappeared. His penis dissappeared and in its place was a large vagina, spanning the tip of his anus to his belly button. The man shrieked in terror, a tear rolling down his eye. He struggled to move without arms and legs, trying to roll himself from side to side. As he did this, he felt a severe cramp in his stomach that quickly put a halt to his moving. He looked down and watched as his stomach slowly got bigger. Just then the man started to scream even louder than before. Sweat was pouring from his glands and he turned beet red. A foot long, thick, white maggot started to be pushed from the oversized vagina.
"I hope you are enjoying yourself, because, for the rest of your life you will be in this state. You will birth two 15 pound maggots every minute. But you are much too loud." Stone Julie willed the man's mouth away. With a stoic expression, she turned around and left the man. He sat there, his screams only heard as a faint muffle, his eyes wide open out of pain and terror. His body tensed up in contractions and his dampened shrieking peaked, as a second maggot started to push from his crotch.
Stone Julie was pleased with her work. She knew she was ready to go on a larger scale, so she headed for downtown.
